How billing works
- Secure card payment. Checkout and card storage are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
- Per location, monthly or yearly. Yearly billing saves you 2 months.
- Sales tax. Prices listed do not include state or local sales tax. Applicable taxes will be added to your invoice where required by law.
- Upgrades start right away. New features unlock immediately and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period.
- Downgrades wait until renewal. Your current plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for, then the change takes effect. No partial refunds.
- Cancel anytime. Your plan stays on until the end of the paid period. If a payment doesn't go through, you have 3 days to update it before access is removed — your salon data stays right where it is.
- Self-service billing. Change your plan, update your card, and download invoices anytime in the Owner Portal.
