1. Information We Collect

Booking information: your name, phone number, requested services, date/time, and any note you include when you request an appointment.
Account information (app users): phone number, name, and salon membership details.
SMS opt-in status: whether you checked the text-message consent box, recorded with your booking request.

2. How We Use It

To deliver your appointment request to the salon and let the salon manage it.
To send appointment-related text messages only if you opted in — confirmations, changes, cancellations, and reminders. Reply STOP any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. Text Messaging & Your Phone Number

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with our SMS delivery provider solely to send the messages you requested. Your phone number is shared with the salon you booked with so they can contact you about your appointment.

4. Sharing

We share information only with: (a) the salon you interact with, so it can serve you; (b) service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, SMS delivery), bound to use it only for that purpose; and (c) authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention & Security

Booking and consent records are retained as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal and compliance obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access controls.

6. Your Choices

Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
Ask the salon to correct or remove your booking details.
Contact us to request access to or deletion of your information.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
